From humble roots to soaring heights
Origins of Greatness
Our Founder Ron was building his own BMX racing bikes with his father and working after school, weekends and summers helping his father frame homes.
Enlisting Honor
Ron completed High School 6 months early and joined the United States Navy at age 17.
Mission Complete
Ron was Honorably discharged from the Navy after receiving multiple awards such as Hospital Corpsman of the year and an Admiral Commendation medal.
Crafting Success
Ron joined the New York State Carpenters Union and started his journeyman credentials. This opportunity would set the stage for Temecula’s premier home remodeling contractor.
Forging Skills
JDR Construction was licensed in the state of New Jersey and performed Home Remodels.
Sharpening the Knife
Ron and his wife Danielle remodeled their entire home and added a 500 sq ft addition in San Diego. From drawing plans to the finish carpentry Ron and Danielle performed every aspect of the construction process.
Licensed Contractor
Ron received his California Contractors license and the continuation of JDR Construction and Landscape was now in full swing in San Diego.
Strategic Lane Change
Ron saw a future in remodeling homes but wanted to learn more before tackling the task as a contractor. He was hired on with a Nationwide premier homebuilder as a Building Superintendent.
In the Fast Lane
Ron was promoted to General Superintendent and supervised 5 homesites with over 400 homes being built at once.
Market Shift
The housing market crash ended Ron’s homebuilding journey but provided him with an exceptional set of knowledge and skills for the next adventure. During this 7-year timeframe Ron supervised the building over 2500 homes from the ground up.
Legend is Born
Trust Company of Temecula was born and in full swing remodeling homes.
Expanding Knowledge
Ron completed the Nationally Recognized BPI (Building Performance Institute) certification for Building Envelope and Building Analyst Professional. BPI # 5056751. This opened the door to advanced building techniques.
Product Expansion into Cabinetry
3 Cabinet lines were introduced into our product offering and a custom wood shop was born enabling our team to build custom cabinets, hoods, entertainment centers and anything wood.
2022 and beyond
The Trust Company team sharpened their skills and team and is now completing kitchens and bathrooms in 7-10 days without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
