That’s an age-old question, do we relocate our family or do a home remodel?

You also need to educate yourself on the local market and housing prices in your area, are you in a buyer’s or seller’s market. What would a new home cost in the same area?

The final consideration should be access and traffic. Sometimes it’s difficult to imagine how much more congested an area will get with the increase in new home production, but try to be diligent in reviewing roads, schools, commute time and access to favorite shops.
